Every group of adventurers needs a big, good-looking, muscular swordsman to keep it safe, and Gourry Gabriev is one of the best, if not the brightest. He's got the Sword of Light--too bad he's only got a five-watt intellect. Lina affectionately calls him "jellyfish brain." This, however, during the battle with Ruby-Eye Shabranigdo, is one of Gourry's rare moments of brilliance. He pivots to toss the Sword of Light to Lina. "Lina! Use this!!"
